Steps Before PHDwin

Review Presentation Materials by August 31, 2023

Approve Marketing Assets by September 10, 2023

Please start by filling the form below:


We will use your personal details on marketing assets such as e-mail, graphics, and webpages. Provide as much as you can about the presentation in terms of title, description, and state weather you need help with producing your visual media.


Attach a logo of your organization and a personal head shot. We will use these to cross-promote your brand and your personal image and likeness.


Presentation materials are due August 31, 2023.


We will make our best effort to have all the marketing material for your given event on August 10, 2023 for review.
