Payment and Registration
Upon Registration: After successful registration for any online training course, an invoice will be generated and sent within the same business day to the provided email address. If registration happens during non-business hours, an invoice will be generated on the soonest business day.
Payment Deadline: Payment for the course is due upon receipt. Failure to complete payment within this period may result in the forfeiture of the reserved spot.
Refund and Missed Class Policy:
Refund Policy: All course fees are non-refundable. Once payment is received, it is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Missed Classes: In the event of missing a live session, registered participants will receive access to a recording of the missed class for reference. Additionally, individuals may schedule 1 office hour with the instructor to address specific queries or clarifications related to the missed content.
Terms and Conditions
Registration Confirmation: Registration for the course is confirmed only upon full payment of the invoice within the stipulated timeline.
Attendance and Participation: Participants are responsible for attending and actively engaging in the course. Certificates of completion or participation will be provided based on attendance and participation criteria determined by the training provider.
Rescheduling Policy: There will be no provision for rescheduling a missed class. However, access to the recording and optional office hours aims to provide flexibility and support in understanding the missed content.
