TRC Consultants, LC offers ongoing technical support and maintenance for PHDwin and PHDRMS software products. Support is available Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST via phone and email. Maintenance includes updates for current software versions, with additional fees for version upgrades. Clients who fail to renew support may continue using the software version at the time of cancellation but lose access to future updates. TRC reserves the right to suspend services for non-payment and to modify support terms without notice.
By using PHDwin websites, users agree to the collection of personal information such as names, email addresses, and phone numbers. This information is used to improve user experience and service offerings and is kept confidential. Cookies are used for site preferences and traffic analysis, and users can manage cookie settings through their browsers. TRC does not sell or share personal data, and users can request access to or deletion of their data at any time. PHDwin complies with GDPR, CalOPPA, and COPPA regulations to ensure data protection.
This agreement governs the use of PHDwin services, including proprietary software access via TRC’s domains. By using the services, users agree to protect confidential information and adhere to software usage guidelines. Unauthorized copying, modification, or reverse engineering of software is prohibited. TRC reserves the right to modify this agreement at any time, and disputes are subject to Texas state law, with litigation in Austin, Texas. The agreement also specifies termination rights, indemnity, and confidentiality obligations.
Upon registration for an online training course, an invoice is generated, and payment is due immediately. Course fees are non-refundable, and missed live sessions are compensated with access to recorded content and a one-on-one office hour with the instructor. Full payment confirms registration, and participants must actively engage in the course. There is no rescheduling for missed classes, but recordings and office hours provide flexibility. By registering, participants agree to the terms regarding payment, attendance, and participation.
